Checkers Too Much for Rivermen

consecutive loss (0-4-0-1).

drop-pass for Dalpe in the right circle and his shot beat Allen’s glove. Brett
Sutter gave the Checkers the lead just 56 seconds later with an airborne
deflection at the doorstep.

sent a short pass from behind Allen’s net to the left circle where Durno was
an empty-net marker at 19:20 to finish the scoring.

Rivermen captain Adam Cracknell was assessed a match penalty for a hit to the
head at the 2:22 mark of the first period and was ejected from the game.
