Rivermen Sit Atop Midwest After 3-1 Win in Chicago
Rivermen moved into sole possession of first place in the Midwest Division with
73 points as they beat the Chicago Wolves 3-1 at Allstate Arena on Wednesday
night. Jake Allen stopped all 18 shots
he faced in the first period and 38 of the 39 in the game to pick up his third
straight win and give the Rivermen a perfect 3-0-0 start to their current five
game road trip.

minutes on Jonathon Cheechoo’s 19th of the season. Patrick O’Sullivan, who has at least one
point in each of his five games with the Rivermen, stole the puck from a

redirected the puck through his legs up over the shoulder of Lack. Evans picked
up his 100th professional point of his career with the assist.
