first-ever Peoria Rivermen jersey design contest received over 1,400 votes
during a three-week period and a design submitted by Ryan Malaschak has been crowned
the winner. With 40 percent of the total votes, Malaschak’s intricate anchor
logo edged out the three other finalists.
jerseys will be worn by the Rivermen in their game on Dec. 15 at Carver Arena
against the Milwaukee Admirals. The jerseys will be auctioned off to the public
following the game.
