Brandon Nelson
Account Executive
Brandon Nelson, 25, begins his first season as an Account Executive with the Peoria Rivermen. A Peoria native, his involvement in Rivermen hockey began at a young age serving as a stick boy for the organization for over 10 years including the 2000 Kelly Cup Championship season. Brandon’s parents, Steve and Julie, were members of the Rivermen organization during that time working in-game entertainment roles for the franchise.
Nelson earned his associate degree in business administration at ICC and was a member of their baseball team before transferring to Bradley University to obtain his bachelor’s degree in marketing in 2010. He was member of Bradley’s hockey team from 2008-2010.
In addition to his role as an Account Executive, Nelson is responsible for coordinating the Rivermen Kids Club and all mascot appearances.
